No two projects are the same in our line of work, but we follow the same design build process with each project so you know what to expect each step of the way.
The following process outline will walk you through the general steps we take in typical design build project.
Meet & Greet
Let’s get to know each other, exchange some contact info. (phone numbers, emails, etc.), and then learn about your background... What’s your preferred design style, priorities and goals?
Project concept, vision and goals. Here we can dive into the possibilities!
Budget Discussion… after discussing your budget in more detail, we can enhance or scale back the possibilities we just discussed.
Discussion on our Design Build Process.
The Design Meeting
Most of the time this is part of our initial Meet and Greet, unless time does not permit us to dive into this during our first meeting.
Discuss project goals, style and budget.
Discuss project priorities and special interests.
Design & Cost Presentation
Meeting at our offices to present and explore the 3D modeling plans for your project.
Make changes and revisions to the plans at that meeting. Scale up or down the design based on budget tweaks.
Finalize Design, Costs, & Deadline
You sign off on out design, materials and costs.
Pay initial deposit.
Begin Project Build
If a project requires us to build onsite, we will coordinate entry and timing for us to build your project on site.
Anything we can build at our custom fabrication shop will be completed there, and installed on or before the project deadline.
Permanent projects will be delivered and installed. Upon inspection, we require final payment for the project.
Temporary projects will be delivered, installed and taken down. Upon teardown, we require final payment for the project.
Shout From the Rooftops
The final step in our design build process really rests in your hands... if you loved our work, tell everyone about it. Refer us to your network. We’re a local business that thrives on word of mouth referrals. We’re all in this business world together, so let’s help each other out!
